PHOENIX, AZ (December 12, 2012) – The inaugural 2013 Careerbuilder Top Companies to Work for in Arizona registration deadline has been extended to January 7, 2013.
A collaborative effort involving Careerbuilder, Republic Media (azcentral.com, The Arizona Republic, 12 News and LaVoz), BestCompaniesAZ (Arizona consulting partner) and Best Companies Group (consulting and survey/research partner), this program recognizes organizations that are creating quality jobs and work environments in Arizona.
This program is designed to offer participants broad reach and branding opportunities while helping advance Arizona into the future as a leader in creating quality successful companies. Participating Arizona companies with 25 or more employees in the state of Arizona are invited to participate at no charge.
Companies are evaluated and selected based on a combination of overall satisfaction scores from an Employee Engagement Survey and evaluation from an Employer Questionnaire covering topics related to HR programs, benefits and culture. Top companies will be listed in alphabetical order by size (based on headcount) and by categories such as Top Companies by Industry, Top Companies for Diversity, Top Companies for Women, and Top Companies for Workplace Flexibility.
The list of winners will appear in a special feature section to appear June, 2013 in The Arizona Republic and online at www.Careerbuilder.com, www.azcentral.com, www.BestCompaniesAZ.com and www.BestCompaniesGroup.com.
