HR.com and Next Concept HR Association (NCHRA) Combine to Expand HR Offerings

San Francisco, California and Jacksons Point, Ontario (PR WEB) HR.com and Next Concept HR Association (NCHRA) have combined to form a powerful membership-based organization centered around creating value and career development opportunities for HR professionals.

This partnership will extend resources, education, career development, networking and compliance content in HR to 1.75 million HR professionals adding a specialized focus for members in California.  Collaboratively, HR.com and NCHRA will continue to provide HR events including the HR West Conference, the HR TechXpo conference, and regional HR meetups to grow attendance and offer broader content and sponsorship opportunities.

“This is a really great move for all HR professionals involved and will accelerate HR.com’s mission of maximizing human potential and reaching HR professionals everywhere,” said Debbie McGrath, CEO of HR.com. “We look forward to continually advancing the offerings, resources, and learnings available for our HR.com community and members, as we serve as the go-to source for all HR learning and development.”  Greg Morton, NCHRA CEO added, “recognizing HR.com’s alignment with our mission and values, our membership overwhelmingly voiced support of this transaction further recognizing the added value it brings to them, the HR professionals and members.”

According to HR.com’s HR Research Institute, 82% of employees view HR as non-strategic to their organization.  Collectively, HR.com and NCHRA will focus on helping HR professionals take their traditional administrative approach to become more strategic and provide more insightful value to their organization.

“The strategic function in the human capital industry is playing a bigger and bigger role to the point that HR needs to streamline their manual processes and improve their efficiencies with the use of innovative technologies,” stated Debbie McGrath, CEO of HR.com. “This will give HR departments time and funds to focus on other more strategic roles.”

By early 2020, NCHRA members and community members can expect to see their membership features expand significantly.  HR.com is a leader in HR research powering the HR Research Institute which provides its members and HR community with the most relevant, applicable human capital insights available. The latest report, The DNA of Human Capital: Trends Report 2019, features twelve research-based “Traits”, each relating to a key strategic HR issue.
