Each month, Profiles International hosts complimentary online coaching and training sessions in which attendees learn about organizational development, leadership, and talent management topics. At the end of each session, attendees leave with new knowledge of skills and strategies to put into action in their businesses.
Dr. Greg Stewart, Organization Development Strategist at Profiles International, will be presenting the first webinar. His session titled, “Emotional Intelligence and the Learning Organization Series: #3 Transforming Mental Models,” will be held July 10th at 10 am CDT. Dr. Stewart will tackle the core issues surrounding the resistance to change in organizations.
The second webinar, “Organizational Toxicity: Considerations for Succession Planning and Talent Management,” will be held July 22nd at 11 am CDT, and will be hosted by Sherry Perkins, VP of Consulting and Training Services at Profiles International. This webinar will deal with the pervasive- but rarely talked about- issue of organizational toxicity, and will include a discussion of the definition of toxicity, signs and symptoms, enablers that foster toxic environments, and strategies for transforming toxic cultures into viably productive ones. This webinar is good for one HRCI credit hour.
