The award was presented at the Staffing Industry Analysts’ Executive Forum on February 28, 2013.

Miles was selected out of hundreds of highly-qualified nominees by a committee of analysts. Now in its fifth year, the award recognizes one individual across the $134 billion U.S. staffing industry for their contributions to the space. The Peter Yessne Staffing Innovator Award was created to honor Founder and former Chairman of Staffing Industry Analysts, Peter Yessne, and is an annual award for an individual who contributed a significant innovation that has had a positive impact on the staffing industry and has stood the test of time.
