Validity Screening Solutions to Speak at the 2014 Kansas State Council of SHRM Conference
Validity Screening Solutions President and CEO, Darren Dupriest, will be a featured speaker at the 2014 Kansas State Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Conference in Wichita, Ks. Speaking on the topic of “Social Networking in the Employment Screening Process,” Darren’s presentation outlines the proper measures organizations must take to stay compliant with federal and state requirements while mitigating the inherent risk involved when including the review of social networks in the screening process.
Attendees will also learn how to define “Social Network Background Checks” as outlined by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and how information obtained from the networking mediums is covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
