Previously she worked as a regional recruiter for the U.S. Department of Commerce/Bureau of Census, where she created high-level regional recruiting plans for 38 offices in Wisconsin, Indiana and Illinois. Before working with the U.S. Department of Commerce, Sciacca was a corporate recruiter for Walgreens. While at Walgreens she identified top talent and diversity talent to fill critical positions through advanced internet sourcing techniques, database mining, internal database searches, networking, referrals, research and cold calling. Prior to that, she was a recruiting and sourcing consultant for companies that included Information Resources Inc., Fox Sports Big Ten Network, Digitas and CareerBuilder.com.
