HRsmart, Peopleclick/Authoria, Saba, and Technomedia demonstrated their companies’ respective solutions addressing three out of five tough real-life talent management scripts. The winner was chosen by Human Resources and IT professionals who voted on the qualities of each software upon the completion of each vendor Session.

This year’s Shootout was the 14th held by the HR Technology Conference, and the third to focus on talent management. The Shootout is organized by conference co-chair Bill Kutik, host of The Bill Kutik Radio Show(R) and columnist for Human Resource Executive. Co-authoring the Shootout scripts was Mark Albrecht, Senior Managing Consultant, IBM Global Business Services.
