The Capital Coaches Conference is a regional event that provides professional development, continuing education, and collaboration for members of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in the Washington DC area. This year’s theme is “Beyond Boundaries: Expanding Our Talent, Increasing Our Impact.” The annual event is organized by the ICF, Metro DC Chapter.
Alan’s keynote address, “Reducing Interference that Blocks Performance,” will focus on how coaches can help eliminate personal interference that gets in the way of results. Attendees will learn a repeatable process to achieve breakthrough performance and increase personal engagement and accountability for producing strong and consistent results.
“The biggest obstacle—and opportunity, in performance isn’t knowing what to do; it’s about doing what we know.” says Alan Fine. “And what keeps us from doing what we know is interference. Identifying and reducing interference is necessary in order to capitalize on the skills, talents, and knowledge that already exist in each of us.”
Attendees to the conference will receive a copy of Alan’s New York Times bestselling book You ALREADY Know How to Be GREAT. For more information about the Capital Coaches Conference please visit www.capitalcoachesconference.org.
