HRIM Foundation to Celebrate Five Years of Advancing the HRIM Profession at IHRIM 2013 Conference in Orlando

The International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM), the world’s leading clearinghouse for the HRIM (Human Resource Information Management) industry, is pleased to join the HRIM Foundation in celebrating their five year anniversary at the IHRIM 2013 Conference to be held June 2-5 at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Lake Buena Vista. The HRIM Foundation, an independent 501(c)(3) organization will mark this special occasion with Golf for a Goal and Party for a Purpose events during the association’s annual event.

“Last year’s Party for a Purpose was a huge success in a venue that is not normally available to the public, the Conrad Hilton Suite,’ said Kevin Carlson, IHRIM Board Chairman. “This year’s 5th Anniversary event will provide a most entertaining evening with incomparable views of the Magic Kingdom fireworks. Both ‘Party for a Purpose’ and ‘Golf for a Goal’ promise to not only be fun, but terrific networking events as well.”

Golf for a Goal is a fundraising golf tournament for all levels of golfers in support of the HRIM Foundation. Tee time is at 1pm on Sunday, June 2, 2013 at the Disney Magnolia Golf Course at the Disney Resort. Registration for the event can be found on the Golf For a Goal Registration page on the IHRIM conference website.

The Party for a Purpose event is also a fundraiser for the HRIM Foundation and will incorporate a Key West, Florida theme, with music, food and a spectacular view of the Disney Fireworks over Cinderella’s Castle in the Magic Kingdom. Tickets for individuals and groups can be purchased at the Party for a Purpose Registration page on the IHRIM conference website.

“I look forward to sharing what has become a tradition of fun & entertainment at the IHRIM conference,” said John Hinojos, HRIM Foundation President. “With both events and the HRIM Foundation raffle, the IHRIM Conference is a wonderful place to share ideas, network with peers and give back to the HRIS / HRMS community!”
