HealthcareSource(R), the leading provider of talent management solutions for the healthcare industry, announced today that Jonathan Russell has been promoted to Senior Vice President for Client Services. In this role, Jon is responsible for providing overall leadership across all of the company’s services and support operations, including teams based out of Woburn, MA, Knoxville, TN, and Grand Rapids, MI.
A co-founder of NetLearning, which was acquired by HealthcareSource in December 2012, Jon most recently served as the company’s Vice President of Client Services. He spent the previous eight years as NetLearning’s Director of Operations, where he was responsible for leadership and management of all customer facing operations, delivery and support of NetLearning software solutions to healthcare providers. Prior to that role, Jon was NetLearning’s Chief Financial Officer from the company’s incorporation in 1997 until the business was sold to Thompson Learning in 2004. Jon has also held accounting positions at Ernst & Young.
Appointing Jon to this role further signifies the successful integration of NetLearning and HealthcareSource. The combined company’s dedication to serving the needs of healthcare organizations will continue to be a strong focus as the client services organization evolves under centralized leadership.

Jon has an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business and a B.S. from Auburn University. He resides outside of Knoxville, TN.
