As the largest social network for human resources (HR) professionals with over 220,000 members globally, HR.com has announced a unique Staffing and Recruiting conference, Talent Acquisition Excellence Forum, to take place in San Francisco at the South San Francisco Conference Center January 27 and 28, 2014. HR.com is looking to crowdsource the absolute best presentations for the upcoming Talent Acquisition Excellence Forum.
Presentation submissions are currently being accepted online from highly qualified individuals interested in showcasing their talent and expertise in the following four Staffing and Recruiting tracks:
1. Online Staffing and Sourcing SUBMIT Presentation or VOTE
2. Recruitment Process Outsourcing SUBMIT Presentation or VOTE
3. Contract Workforce and Talent Exchanges SUBMIT Presentation or VOTE
4. Quality of Hire SUBMIT Presentation or VOTE
“Too often content at conferences is selected based on sponsors and is not relevant to the audience. Using crowdsourcing to identify key presenters and content and allowing the audience to vote will ensure the content is aligned to the audience needs.”
Shally Steckerl, President, The Sourcing Institute
Voting will be open from October 1st to November 1st, 2013 and the top 40 chosen sessions will be awarded spots in the event lineup by November 7th. The subsequent 15 popular sessions per track will be conducted in roundtables.
The event’s Affiliate Program will be launching soon allowing registrants to make referrals to this staffing forum and have the opportunity to earn cash, raise money for a charitable donation or earn credits for event admission. Forum attendees will also be able to earn 8 HRCI re-certification credits over the two day conference period.
Early bird pricing continues until October 31st. Staffing experts and recruiting professionals and vendors interested in the Talent Acquisition Excellence Forum 2014 can read more details and registration information at: www.hr.com/talentacquisitionforum
