DENVER / December 10, 2013 – ADP, Oracle, and PayScale are sponsoring a new HR-XML project to develop data exchange standards for the Salary Survey industry. Joining the project team are the National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA) and Towers Watson.
As companies in all industries continue to search for the best talent possible, organizations are trying to find the best sources of Human Resources benchmarking information to provide to their end users.
This particular group of industry specialists will develop standards to facilitate efficient and secure communication between employers, survey companies, service providers, and affiliated business processes to gather relevant compensation market survey information.
The creation of new standards is expected to permit employers and service providers greater ability to streamline the survey participation and analyses processes, as well as to enable better collaboration between related Human Resources systems and practices.
The group’s ultimate goal is to provide more data and faster access to Human Resources benchmarks and market analyses, thereby helping to speed decision-making.
