(Salt Lake City, Utah, October 22, 2015) Alan Fine, Performance Expert, Bestselling Author, and InsideOut Development Founder and President, is the recipient of the 2015 Utah ATD Thought Leader Award. The award was presented at the Utah ATD (Association of Talent Development) Annual Conference.
The ATD Utah Board selects the winner based on a career of contribution to the ATD Mission and Values of promoting the profession of Workplace Learning and Development. In presenting this year’s award, Utah ATD President Wes Stockman said, “Alan Fine offers genuine new thinking in the field of human performance. His concepts are enablers that allow industry professionals, as well as ordinary people, to leverage what they already have to help others perform better.”
This is the 3rd year Utah ATD has given the Thought Leader award. Past recipients include Jack Zenger, Zenger Folkman and Ron McMillan, Vital Smarts. “I am honored to receive the 2015 Thought Leader Award,” said Alan Fine. “Utah ATD and I share a common mission of improving workplace performance, and so I am flattered to be in the company of such recognized authorities in this field.”
