OCEANSIDE, CA March 22, 2013 – Advanced Personnel Systems, Inc. (APS), the maker of SmartSearch(R) recruiting business software, is pleased to welcome Rob Mayers as the newest addition to its team. Rob will assume duties of Account Manager where he will drive sales and account management.
Rob joins APS with over 13 years in corporate recruiting, talent management, and account management experience in the staffing service industry. Rob will report to Doug Coull, Chief Executive Officer of APS, Inc.

Rob’s most recent work was as Principal of The Mayers Group from 2008 to 2013, where he consulted for human resources and executive teams of emerging companies in the high tech and life sciences industries. Prior to consulting, Rob built talent management from the ground up at DexCom, Inc. from 2007 to 2008. Rob also held the role of Corporate Recruiter at Biosite Diagnostics, Inc. (now Alere, Inc.) from 2004 to 2007. He began his career in recruitment as an Account Manager and Scientific Recruiter with Yoh Scientific from 2000 to 2004. Rob earned a bachelor’s of science degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
