Global Legal Solutions Provider Earns Top 100 Call Center Contest for Second Consecutive Year
DES MOINES, IA (April 5, 2012) — ARAG®, a global provider of legal solutions, announced today it has been named to the Top 20 in the Top 100 Call Center Contest by BenchMark Portal. This is the second consecutive year ARAG has made the list, continuing its track record of industry-leading customer service. This award is in addition to the prestigious Center of Excellence honor ARAG earned in January for the fifth consecutive year.

BenchmarkPortal is internationally recognized as the premier research and education organization for customer contact best practices. Each year the organization features a Top 100 Call Centers Contest for centers located in North America. Companies applying for the award submit multiple key performance indicators (KPIs), and Benchmark Portal cross-checks those KPIs against its system. Results are reviewed and approved by a Certified Call Center Expert. Centers with the highest statistical values for efficiency and effectiveness are named to the list of winners. Thousands of centers are reviewed for the Top 100 Call Center awards given in three separate categories — large centers, medium centers and small centers. ARAG placed in the top 20 in the small centers category.
This is just one of many honors ARAG has taken home recently. Earlier this year, ARAG earned a Center of Excellence honor for the fifth consecutive year. Last fall, the company earned the “Best Place to Work in Insurance” award given by Business Insurance magazine for the fourth consecutive year.
