ASTD is the world’s largest professional association dedicated to the training and development field. ASTD provides leadership to individuals, organizations, and society to achieve work-related competence, performance, and fulfillment. This award recognizes an individual for a body of work that has had substantial impact on the field of workplace learning and performance. Over an extended period of time, this person has advanced the knowledge and practice of several areas of workplace learning and performance.
This award is presented in recognition of Eichinger and Lombardo’s extensive body of work and the significant impact they have had on learning and performance in organizations.
