With the launch of Broadbean’s targeted candidate search tool Stream, client feedback has been instrumental in strengthening this product and making necessary changes in order to meet clients’ requisite needs; primarily, maintaining the time-saving and ROI maximising qualities for which Broadbean is best known. The usage of Stream has grown strongly since its launch as clients have realised the benefits of a product which has evolved substantially with client feedback. In an effort to further engage with clients, Broadbean recently hosted a survey to all Stream users. Responses indicated increased client satisfaction leading to the clear understanding of the value that clients have attached to the products and service that Broadbean offers.
