OTTAWA – November 4, 2009 – Halogen Software Inc., a leading provider of on-line talent management software today announced the company has closed its best third quarter on record for new bookings, GAAP revenue, and annual recurring revenue (ARR). Despite a challenging economic climate, Halogen realized growth in each of these areas over the same quarter in 2008, with an impressive 26% year over year increase in new customer bookings and 37% year over year growth in ARR. New customer wins also grew over the same quarter in the previous year.
