Jazmin Ramirez, Executive Director of Growth at CI Web Group, has been appointed Marketing Chair for Women in HVACR, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration industry. The appointment, announced on September 4, 2026, places Ramirez on the organization's Board of Directors.
Ramirez brings nearly a decade of home services marketing and growth leadership to the role, along with direct trades experience. Before joining CI Web Group, she worked inside plumbing and HVAC companies, advancing from customer-facing positions into operations and marketing. In her current role, she leads the company's growth organization, overseeing sales and the customer lifecycle.
"This role is an opportunity to help more women know what Women in HVACR has to offer and how they can be part of it," Ramirez said. "There is already so much great work happening across the organization. I'm excited to help tell those stories, expand our reach and make sure more women across the industry know these resources are here for them."
As Marketing Chair, Ramirez will lead the committee responsible for promoting Women in HVACR and supporting communications throughout the organization. The committee collaborates with other committees on press and industry outreach, the organization's newsletter, marketing for its annual conference, and promotion of educational programs and member resources.
Jennifer Bagley, CEO of CI Web Group, expressed confidence in Ramirez's ability to lead. "I've watched Jazmin take her deep understanding of the trades and grow into an incredible leader in this industry," Bagley said. "She understands the challenges contractors face, she knows how to bring people together, and she cares deeply about helping others succeed. I can't think of a better person to help lead the marketing efforts for Women in HVACR."
The appointment matters because Women in HVACR supports more than 1,200 members through networking, mentoring, and education designed to help women connect and advance within the HVACR industry. With Ramirez's marketing expertise, the organization aims to expand its reach and ensure more women are aware of its resources. The HVACR industry has historically been male-dominated, and initiatives like Women in HVACR are critical for fostering diversity and inclusion. By strengthening its marketing and communications, the organization can attract new members, highlight success stories, and provide greater support for women seeking to build careers in the trades.
For HR vendors, this leadership change signals a continued emphasis on diversity and inclusion within the trades, an area where HR technology and services can play a pivotal role. Companies that provide recruitment, training, and networking solutions may find new opportunities to partner with organizations like Women in HVACR to support their mission. Additionally, as the organization expands its reach, there may be increased demand for marketing and communication tools tailored to the trades industry.
Women in HVACR was founded in 2002 and has grown to over 1,200 members. It offers opportunities for professional and personal growth through networking, mentoring, education, scholarships, professional development, and industry events. For more information, visit womeninhvacr.org.
