MediKeeper, a leader in corporate health solutions, has announced that Dr. Tyler Amell, its Chief Health and Strategy Officer, will be a featured speaker at several health and employee benefits conferences across North America and Europe. The tour begins Aug. 25 in Scottsdale, Arizona, and includes stops in Halifax, Nova Scotia; Edinburgh, Scotland; and New Orleans, Louisiana.
Dr. Amell will deliver keynotes and workshops at these events, offering insights into best practices for workplace health and productivity. "It is a great honor to be asked to deliver keynotes, plenary, breakout or workshop presentations that are of importance to conference attendees and organizers alike. There is so much good evidence out there, and such critical need for unbiased, outcome-based information to help guide employee health and wellness programming, that I am pleased to play a small role in the conference education experience of so many people," he said.
The first engagement is the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists (ISCEBS) Symposium in Scottsdale, Aug. 23-26, where Dr. Amell will present a keynote on workplace health as a strategic imperative for organizations. This event gathers credentialed benefits professionals from across North America, making it a prime venue for discussing how health initiatives can drive corporate success.
Following Scottsdale, Dr. Amell will head to Halifax for the 59th annual Canadian Employee Benefits Conference (Aug. 30-Sept. 2), where he will lead an in-depth workshop on living your best retirement from a preventive health perspective. This conference focuses on comprehensive education for pension and benefit professionals, and Dr. Amell's session will emphasize proactive health measures for retirees.
In September, Dr. Amell will travel to Edinburgh, Scotland, for the International Forum on Disability Management (IFDM) on Sept. 22-23. There, he will deliver a keynote on modern integrated strategies for success in workplace health and productivity, work disability, and return to work. The IFDM connects international colleagues to support peer learning on disability, health, and wellness issues, making this an ideal platform for sharing innovative approaches.
Dr. Amell will conclude his tour in New Orleans at the 72nd annual Employee Benefits Conference from Oct. 25-28. He will discuss causes of worker burnout, the role of mental health initiatives, low-cost considerations, and best practices for implementation. This flagship conference helps attendees learn tools and insights to drive meaningful change in employee health and wellness benefits, retirement, and benefits administration.
Dr. Amell is an internationally recognized leader in workplace health and productivity, serving on the executive board of directors of the Wellness Alliance and as faculty at Pacific Coast University for Workplace Health Sciences.
