Survale, a talent feedback and analytics platform, will exhibit at the 2026 HR Technology Conference & Exposition, October 20-22 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, where it will announce new infrastructure that integrates talent experience data into AI agents and enterprise analytics platforms for the first time. The centerpiece is Survale's new MCP (Model Context Protocol) server and Analytics API, which make the company an experience data layer for the AI-powered talent stack.
The MCP server enables client AI agents to securely retrieve live Survale metrics and trends within any agentic process or output, supporting automated executive briefings, recruiting operations workflows, and AI-generated reporting. The Analytics API pulls Survale talent experience data into business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and people analytics platforms including Visier, Splash BI, and Crunchr, delivering either fully rendered dashboard widgets or raw data. At launch, metrics include Overall Candidate NPS, Hiring Manager Satisfaction, Completion percentage, and trend data for each, with operational filters such as location, recruiter, job family, and source.
SurvaleAI has also received a full agentic upgrade, now using a team of expert agents to analyze statistical data and free-form comments. The enhanced AI can answer questions and surface insights tied to operational data, analyze dashboard, survey, and comment data, save and share prompts between users, activate from any dashboard via a new Prompt Widget, and provide context-sensitive suggestions for reducing problems and leveraging successes.
In addition, Survale announced the general availability of its Hiring Manager Candidate Experience Certification, described as the industry's first research-backed program for certifying hiring managers on candidate experience. Built on 15 years of CandE Benchmark Research spanning more than 2 million candidates across over 2,000 employers, the program includes five 10-minute modules covering interviewer mindset, pre-interview alignment, structured interviewing, post-interview execution, and feedback optimization. It offers practical tools such as the Panel Role-Assigner Matrix, 15-Minute Scorecard Method, and Disposition Script Bank, and provides a closed feedback loop where certified managers see their own live candidate sentiment from the Survale platform. The certification is enterprise-ready, delivered via a white-label branded portal or SCORM-compliant modules in any learning management system.
Survale also announced the winners of the 2026 CandE Benchmark Research Program awards, recognizing employers with the highest-rated candidate experiences based directly on candidate feedback. The full list of winners is available at https://survale.com/cande-award-winners/. Registration for the 2027 CandE program is now open. For more information, visit survale.com.
Jason Moreau, CEO of Survale, said the announcements reflect the conference theme of moving from change to transformation. "AI agents and analytics platforms are transforming how talent decisions get made, but they've been flying blind on the human side of hiring," Moreau said. "With our MCP server and API, Survale becomes the experience data layer for that entire stack—and with our new certification program, we're closing the loop by transforming hiring manager behavior itself."
The announcements matter because as AI agents take on more HR and talent acquisition tasks, their effectiveness depends on the data they can access. By making candidate and hiring manager experience data available to AI agents and analytics platforms, Survale aims to give organizations a more complete picture of hiring outcomes, potentially improving decision-making and candidate experience at scale.
