PHILADELPHIA, PA, November 30, 2020 – SharedXpertise Media, publishers of HRO Today magazine and HRO Today Global, managers of the HRO Today and C-TEN Associations, and organizers of the HRO Today Forum and HRO Today Educational Events, kicks off its North America Forum event on Tuesday, December 1st and continues the program through Wednesday, December 2nd.
With appropriate prudence given to ongoing global health concerns, this year’s event is exclusively virtual, but will be produced unlike most virtual events in the HR space.
Hosted by CEO Elliot Clark and Editorial Director Debbie Bolla, this interactive North America Forum production will present two days of exclusive content for HR leaders and professionals. In addition to a diverse program of sessions, Day 1 on December 1st will feature an HR Town Hall with Dr. Peter Cappelli, Director of the Center for HR at the Wharton School of Business, as well as a CHRO Panel discussion on Creating the Workforce of the Future.
The program will also feature sessions covering subject matter that includes Engaging Your Contingent Workforce, Feedback and Culture, Inclusive Talent Development, and Post-Pandemic Employee Engagement.

With cautious optimism as our guide, HRO Today is planning to host the 2021 HRO Today Forum North America in September in Chicago, IL (location to be announced soon!), and the HRO Today Forum EMEA in Athens, Greece on November 1-3, 2021. Usually held in the spring, the North American event will return to its traditional month of May in 2022. All HRO Today in-person events will be prepared and executed with the utmost attention to the health and safety of everyone in attendance.
