(September 14, 2012) — The Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) practice of Kelly Outsourcing and Consulting Group (KellyOCG) has been named by HRO Today magazine in its annual RPO Baker’s Dozen list. Currently in its ninth year, the RPO Baker’s Dozen list ranking has become an industry benchmark recognizing the leading players in the Recruitment Process Outsourcing business globally.
The results of the RPO Baker’s Dozen list are based upon a survey completed by HR executives who are current buyers of RPO services. The RPO providers were rated on the breadth of their service, the size of the programs they manage, and the quality of service provided. The survey was grouped into three lists. The Enterprise Baker’s Dozen list, which has been generated by HRO Today for nine years, lists the top providers in RPO. The magazine also names the top Global Market Leaders and the top Mid-Market and On-Demand Providers.
