Richardson, TX, July 3, 2013 – HRsmart, a leading provider of global unified talent management solutions, announced the appointment of Paul Fonolla and Hussein Rifai to HRsmart’s Board of Directors.

Fonolla has been with HRsmart since 2002. In his role as President he was responsible for the company’s global operations. He carried out the strategic plans and policies as established by himself, the CEO and the Board of Directors. Paul was instrumental in growing HRsmart’s business overseas, spanning the entire Americas (North and South America), Europe, Middle East, and the Far East. Fonolla holds a Master’s in Business Administration. He brings to HRsmart extensive experience in General Management.
Rifai is a major investor in HRsmart and is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Management and Development International Company (MDIC). MDIC is currently active in Africa, the Middle East and the CIS countries. The company is recognized amongst its peers and customers as a leading and innovative Service Company in the Telecommunication Industry. As the former Chairman & General Manager of LibanCell in Lebanon, Rifai has more than 30+ years of proven and very successful ICT/Telco experience in the Middle East, Africa and Europe. He launched from scratch several mobile operators and built the organizations accordingly. Rifai has extensive experience in strategy, financial planning, consortium setup and contractual negotiation.
