Johanson is a Principal Partner and Co-Owner of Johanson Group, a HR/management consulting firm and DB Squared, LLC, a HR/compensation software company. He holds a degree in HR management, a MBA from the University of Arkansas and speaks regularly at various SHRM conferences across the country.
