The International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM), the world’s leading clearinghouse for the HRIM (Human Resource Information Management) industry, today announced that Chris Leone, Senior Vice President, Cloud Applications Development at Oracle, will deliver the second keynote address at its premier event – the HRMS Strategies Conference and Technology Exposition (IHRIM 2014) – in Anaheim, California. Designed to showcase innovations, solutions and best practices in HR Systems and HR Information Management, IHRIM 2014 will be held June 1-4, 2014 at the Anaheim Marriott.
Mr. Leone will present ‘What to Ask of Your Cloud’ on Tuesday, June 3, at 12:15 p.m. During his keynote, he will talk about cloud computing and how cloud architecture can give you deep insight into your operations via big data and predictive analytics.
“Cloud computing and cloud architecture are hot topics for business leaders today,” said Lynne Mealy, President/CEO of IHRIM. “The annual IHRIM Conference has always been committed to providing businesses with information on the latest HR technology business issues, trends, products and services, and we are thrilled to provide event-goers with this opportunity to see such a thought leader as Chris Leone first-hand.”
Chris Leone is Senior Vice President of Development for Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management, as well as Oracle Taleo Enterprise Cloud Service and Oracle Taleo Social Sourcing Cloud Service, all part of Oracle Application Cloud Services. In this role, Chris is responsible for driving the strategy, product management, product development, and product go-to-market functions.
“Although airports, business magazines and Silicon Valley billboards are all talking about the cloud,, the big question remains: do you know how the cloud can transform more than just the way you deploy software?” said Mr. Leone. “During my time on the #IHRIM2014 stage, I will address such things as how the cloud can help speed productivity and build rapport with social and mobile capabilities as well as why the right cloud should have, at its core, a talent-centric way of housing and surfacing key information about your employees.”
Providing attendees with more than 50 educational sessions, the IHRIM 2014 conference will equip attendees with best practices and trends on topics such as talent management, HR metrics and workforce analytics, social media, global systems selection and implementation and HR technology strategy.
