Collaborate to Innovate teaches leaders how to tap team and organizational talent using a variety of proven and practical tools. Depending on the length of the workshop, learners may experience a simulation developed by the innovation firm IDEO.
The program is approved for up to 16 PDUs for Project Management Professionals from The Project Management Institute. When taking this program as a Public Workshop, participants may earn 16 CEUs from the Society for Marketing Professional Services, and 17 CPEs from National Association of State Boards of Accountancy.
