GUELPH, Ontario — June 4, 2012 — Productivity and engagement specialist Juice Inc. will present and exhibit at the Annual Knowledge and Inspiration 2012 Conference at the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel in Toronto, Ontario on June 17-19, 2012.
The Ontario Association of Community Care Access Centres (OACCAC) Annual Knowledge and Inspiration Conference provides a forum for OACCAC members and stakeholders to discuss provincial and national initiatives, issues and priorities for the health care sector. Juice has worked extensively with the health care sector and brings expertise and insight to the sector’s unique challenges and opportunities.
Rick Boersma, Juice’s lead innovation process designer, will present “Group Genius: The Creative Power of Collaboration” on the second day of the conference, June 18, from 1:45 to 3:00 p.m. Exploring real-world challenges previously identified with CCACs, this presentation will introduce participants to Value Chain Analysis. It will be a collaborative, interactive session using a structured process to generate innovative solutions. The Juice innovation program gives individuals and teams practical tools they can use to increase the number, range and impact of the solutions they generate. By providing more structure, it makes innovation more accessible and more productive.
“Teamwork is essential in the health care field, but pulling a `dream team’ together doesn’t guarantee that the team will produce great results,” said Boersma. “I’ll explain the strategies and tactics that remove barriers to genius and stimulate remarkable solutions, beyond common teamwork techniques and collaboration tools.”
Juice Inc. will also exhibit on the show floor at Booth 508. The company offers programs that improve engagement, teach more effective communication skills, train teams in innovation and more.
