PARIS — (April 20, 2010) – KellyOCG, the Outsourcing and Consulting Group of Kelly Services, Inc., a leader in providing workforce solutions, today announced it has been awarded a multi-year Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) contract by Novartis Pharma France, one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical groups.
KellyOCG will assist Novartis Pharma in recruiting top external talent, including temporary staff and interns, in addition to managing internal job mobility. KellyOCG is also the outsourced managed service provider (MSP) of the organization’s contingent workforce for the pharmaceutical group. With this contract, KellyOCG will integrate the current customer technology at Novartis Pharma and deploy a new technology platform called Pixid.
