TROY, Mich. (October 14, 2010)— The Human Resources Outsourcing Association (HROA) recently named four KellyOCG executives to the organization’s Boards of Trustees. KellyOCG is the outsourcing and consulting group of Kelly Services (NASDAQ: KELYA, KELYB).
The HROA is a global organization with more than 7,500 members who meet to discuss HR standards and practices, provide peer networking and maintain a robust curriculum. The organization is managed and overseen by its Global Board of Trustees, which is comprised of a group of world-renowned HR and HRO experts.
Consisting of no more than 22 members, the elected Board of Trustees participates and works in partnership with the association’s management organization, SharedXpertise, to strategically plan activities designed to maintain and enhance the benefits of membership. Trustees serve a three year term with eligibility of a three year renewal, pending all expectations of membership have been met. Regional chapters of the Board of Trustees exist in North America, Asia-Pacific and Europe and are governed by a regional board of directors. KellyOCG representatives sit on four HROA boards:
– Global Board: Rolf Kleiner, senior vice president and general manager
– European Board: Todd Wheatland, senior director, global marketing lead, KellyOCG
– AsiaPacific Board: Kumar Bhaya, RPO Practice Lead, Asia-Pacific
– North American Board: Zachary Misko, Global Director, Recruitment Process Outsourcing
