CHICAGO, IL— August 19, 2010 — Perspectives Ltd, a workplace resources company specializing in the national delivery of employee assistance programs (EAPs), has appointed Mike Davis as Vice President of Account Services to support business development.
Mike joins Perspectives through its acquisition of Creative Care Management (CCM) where he was President, CEO and owner, and served for more than 15 years in various roles. In total, he has more than 24 years experience in the counseling, substance abuse and employee assistance program (EAP) fields.
Prior to joining Perspectives and CCM, Mike was an EAP consultant at Integrated Behavioral Health and a clinical director at Interventions DuPage.
His overall expertise includes directing and managing clinical staff and managed care services, provider network development, organizational assistance programming, managing account teams, business development, and providing staff training and EAP and counseling services.
