Sampson will be tasked with developing online diversity recruiting and retention seminars for corporate HR managers. She’s served as a Director of Diversity, Women’s Initiatives and Work Life Balance at Deloitte & Touche, where she successfully implemented and directed Diversity Awareness training for over 800 employees including senior managers and executives. Sampson also held leadership positions in experienced hires diversity sourcing and campus recruiting at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Pfizer, Inc. Sampson also served as Assistant Director of Admissions for Columbia Business School and was the Lead MBA Coach for Management Leadership for Tomorrow. Clients of her coaching practice include multiple Fortune 500 companies as well as the Career Services Offices of several top ten MBA programs.
