November 18, 2015 – Philadelphia, PA – SharedXpertise, the publishers of HRO Today Magazine and HRO Today Global Magazine, and producers of the HRO Today Forum Global events, announced today that Hello Talent is the winner of the 2015 iTalent Europe Competition.

The iTalent Competition rewards HR and recruiting technology companies which are leading the way in helping businesses recruit and retain employees, and brings innovative solutions to HR departments. The five finalists competed for the winning spot on the second day of the HRO Today Forum Europe in Amsterdam on November 12, 2015.

Fair Hiring Project, TempBuddy, Workshape.io, Clinch and Talentsoft’s Hello Talent recruitment software for applicant tracking were the five finalists given just seven minutes to pitch themselves to the judges.

The distinguished judges were:
– Andrew Baber – last year’s winner and managing director of Chequed.com Ltd
– Russell Dalgleish – managing partner of Exolta Capital Partners
– Kate Heath – global RPO lead at Lumesse
– Max Blumberg – analytics and automation consultant and founder of Blumberg Partnership
– SharedXpertise’s own CEO and publisher, Elliot Clark
