Waco, TX. September 25, 2014 – Global talent management solutions provider, Profiles International, recently collaborated with REDi Consulting and hosted a three-day workshop event in Paraguay. The arrival of Profiles International in Paraguay was embraced by local and national media.
The event offered attendees leadership and executive level training, as well as certification training in the scientific use of Profiles International’s talent management solutions.
The combined organizations and event were recognized in the Business and Economy sections of national newspapers such as, AND, ABC, La Nación, and Ultima Hora. Paraguay’s Channel 9 morning show, “La Mañana de Cada Día,” welcomed LATAM director, Edith Tiencken, as a guest to discuss Profiles International, their talent management solutions, and future potential to affect the job market in Paraguay.
The event began with an executive breakfast titled, “Leader for the 21st Century: Essential Competencies to Obtain Sustainable Results.” Tiencken also hosted certification training. Attendees received in-depth training that outlined all elements of the science behind employee assessments.
