TROY, Mich., December 15, 2010 — Silicon Valley-based Provade Inc., a leading provider of Vendor Management System (VMS) technology for workforce spend management, today announced a new strategic partnership with KellyOCG, the Outsourcing and Consulting Group of workforce solutions provider Kelly Services Inc. (NASDAQ: KELYA, KELYB).

The two firms’ first combined rollout is for a Fortune 500 communications technology corporation, currently a KellyOCG Managed Services Provider (MSP) customer. The customer is switching to Provade’s system, from a previous VMS supplier, as Provade’s VMS and Analytics will support the management of all aspects of the company’s contingent labor expenditures in 17 different countries, covering every region of the world.
In addition to needing a truly global platform, KellyOCG’s customer indicated the importance of Provade’s robust analytics capability as a key component in making the change. The deal represents Provade’s 12th new deployment this year.
