Rideau, currently holding offices across North America, Europe and China, offers worldwide service to all of its clients. Jayanth is based in Bangalore India and his appointment will allow Rideau to respond and understand Asia Pacific’s needs at a deeper level.
The region holds an increasingly important market, a market which has shown to be both forward thinking and extremely receptive to the implementation of recognition programs for increased employee engagement, productivity, and loyalty. The region’s workplace infrastructure is also readily compatible with Rideau’s technology enabled solutions. It became natural to increase Rideau’s presence in the area to respond to this demand.
Jayanth is Asia’s first Certified Recognition Professional (CRP). He has been involved in the Business Process & IT outsourcing industry for the last 12 years. He has worked with companies such as Capital One, Ernst & Young and Hughes Network Systems in sales, business management & HR roles. Prior to joining Rideau, Jayanth was part of the leadership team and the Head of HR at Capital One’s Asia Operations. He is credited with conceptualizing and implementing a network wide branding and recognition program across Capital One’s sites in this region. Jayanth holds an MBA in HR from XLRI, Jamshedpur and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from BITS, Pilani.
