In this new position, Pearce will be charged with extending the company’s world class partner and alliances organization, driving revenue as well as ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through strategic relationships.
With over a decade of experience at SumTotal Systems, Pearce brings an extensive background into the role through work with some of the world’s largest companies to map talent based solutions to unique business practices. Since 2004, Pearce has led the company’s technical sales team, and in 2009 he spearheaded the company’s Field Enablement initiatives. His experience and vertical knowledge will serve to drive value to SumTotal’s partners while servicing SumTotal’s extended customer base.

Before joining SumTotal Systems more than a decade ago, Pearce worked in sales and in lead positions as a technical and business consultant helping provide companies with technology solutions at both Vantive and Peoplesoft. Prior to that, he directed marketing operations for DC Systems, Inc.
