OTTAWA, CAN / August 30, 2011 — In an upcoming duo of virtual presentations, high level talent managers from HRSG will reveal insights into competency-based talent management, employee productivity in terms of measurable performance improvements, plus how to assess the value of human resource programs with results based competency assessment.
On Wednesday, August 31, Lorraine McKay, vice president of HRSG, and Siva Swaminathan, senior consultant, will share valuable tips and best practices on quantifying and measuring employee performance. The virtual workshop begins at 12:30 p.m. EST and may be attended from home, office or any online computer as part of the Institute for Human Resource’s Virtual Talent Management Conference. McKay and Swaminathan’s presentation is titled, “Employee Productivity — How to Quantify, Measure and Evaluate Real Performance Improvement.”
HRSG’s Christine Lamothe will follow McKay’s presentation with an inspirational talent management system overview designed to steep HR professionals in cutting edge problem-solving techniques and solutions that improve existing systems. Titled, “Prove It To Me! Resilient Talent Management that Delivers,” Lamothe’s presentation will take place from 2:30-3:30 p.m. EST. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of tools to integrate competency-based talent management strategies to address workforce gaps.
