Select International to Present at ATP 2012 Innovations in Testing Conference

Dr. Matthew O’Connell, Executive Vice President and Co-founder of Select International, will co-present “Innovative Testing Methods: Current Research and Future Trends” at the 2012 ATP Innovations in Testing Conference in Palm Springs, California, on February 28, 2012.

Dr. O’Connell will present alongside Charles Handler, President and Co-founder of Rocket-Hire, and Kathleen Tuzinski, Principal Research Scientist at SHL. The panel will offer expertise on the use of simulations and other multimedia-based pre employment assessment tests. Dr. O’Connell will reveal current research that shows the effects of organizations utilizing interactive testing methods without compromising psychometric testing principles.
