The Association of African American Financial Advisors (Quad-A) will convene its 2026 Women’s Impact Initiative Network (WIIN) Conference on June 24-25 at the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel, drawing more than 200 women leaders, financial professionals, and corporate executives to address persistent challenges in workforce diversity, wealth creation, and career advancement within the financial services industry.
Under the theme “Pathways & Power: Women Reimagining Work, Wealth & Wellness,” the conference arrives at a moment when the industry is grappling with talent pipeline shortages and a lack of representation in leadership roles. Quad-A CEO Sheena L. Gray emphasized the urgency of the gathering, stating, “We cannot close the wealth gap if the people most impacted by it are absent from the rooms where financial decisions are being made. Our mission is to change that.”
The two-day event will feature nationally recognized speakers, including Minda Harts, bestselling author and workplace communication expert, as keynote speaker. Other featured speakers include Kelly Keith, CFP®, Executive Director at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, and Nicole James Gilchrist, Vice President at Thrivent. Industry partners supporting the conference include J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, Wells Fargo Advisors, RBC Wealth Management, Ameriprise Financial, Edward Jones, Invesco, and Morgan Stanley.
Conference sessions will explore leadership development, wealth-building strategies, workplace culture, career growth, wellness, and the future of women in financial services. The agenda is designed to equip attendees with the relationships, strategies, and opportunities necessary to thrive professionally while helping organizations build stronger, more inclusive leadership pipelines.
As financial firms across the country work to attract, develop, and retain top talent, WIIN serves as a national platform for meaningful dialogue and actionable solutions that support long-term workforce development and economic empowerment. The conference underscores the critical link between diversity in financial decision-making and broader efforts to close the racial wealth gap.
Quad-A, a national organization committed to increasing representation, access, and opportunity within the financial services industry, works through advocacy, leadership development, education, and strategic partnerships. More information about the organization is available at Quad-A’s website.
Media are invited to interview speakers and attendees, speak with Quad-A leadership, and capture video and photography at the event. The conference represents a critical step in addressing the systemic barriers that have long limited women’s participation and advancement in financial services, with implications for wealth creation and economic equity across communities.
