Survale has launched the 2026 EmployE Employee Experience Benchmark Research and Award Program, expanding its established candidate experience methodology to encompass the complete employee journey. This initiative provides organizations with a confidential framework to measure engagement, retention, and satisfaction against industry benchmarks, moving beyond basic survey tools to deliver actionable intelligence for human resource management.
According to Survale CEO Jason Moreau, the program applies the same rigorous standards previously reserved for candidate experience to the ongoing employee relationship. This approach gives HR leaders validated data to inform strategies for building better workplaces and strengthening employer brands. Participants utilize Survale's guidelines to survey employees across all stages of employment, from onboarding through development and retention phases.
The program's structure includes comprehensive benchmarking, detailed reporting supplemented by expert consultation, and a brand amplification feature called Promote. This tool identifies highly satisfied employees and guides them to share positive reviews on external platforms such as Glassdoor and Indeed, directly influencing public perception of employer brands. The research measures critical metrics including Growth and Development, Engagement, Internal Mobility, and Manager Experience, explicitly linking these employee experience factors to tangible business outcomes.
Kevin Grossman, VP of Research at Survale, emphasized that understanding employee experience has become a critical business imperative rather than merely an HR function. The program enables companies to assess their competitive standing within a structured framework while providing opportunities to recognize and celebrate internal successes. For HR vendors serving the talent management industry, this development signals a shift toward more integrated, data-rich approaches to workforce management that connect candidate and employee experience metrics.
The launch represents a significant expansion of benchmarking capabilities available to organizations, creating new opportunities for vendors offering complementary products and services. By providing standardized measurement across the employee lifecycle, the program establishes clearer industry norms against which organizations can evaluate their performance. Registration for the 2026 program is currently open, with organizations able to request information through the program's registration portal.
