– Neutrality with any platform to allow consumers access to their web-based tool with any simple web browser.

“The Blue Button competition gave us a perfect opportunity to showcase the patient-centric design of our eHealth platform,” says Pam Swingley, CEO of RememberItNow! “When we read the criteria we knew it was a perfect fit for us because it reflects the core values of our mission. We want to provide a pragmatic solution that can empower individuals to take control of their health.”

RememberItNow! meets the criteria and surpasses the challenges by helping individuals manage their health care with:

A Patient-Centric Design
Unlike many other eHealth services that turn managing health into a major project, RememberItNow! is designed from the patient’s point of view. RememberItNow! patient-centric user interface is simple, intuitive, and interactive. No mysterious icons, no tiny fonts, no searching for a call to action. It is easy, fun, and built with features that matter most to patients.

Platform Neutrality
RememberItNow! can be accessed through a simple web browser from a desktop or smart mobile phone. This service improves medication compliance, overall health, and keeps everyone connected: patients, family, healthcare providers and more. mHealth is put into the hands of the patient.

Medication Reminders
RememberItNow! addresses medication noncompliance, one of the most important and costly issues facing Americans, with reminders. RememberItNow! medication reminders are available through SMS, email, or Push notification. Reminders can be set for medications and/or events. They are easy to customize with special instructions and help patients take the right medication, at the right time, in the right dose. This improves patient health and reduces health care costs.

A Personal Health Record
RememberItNow! simplifies health care by consolidating health information into a simple-to-use Personal Health Record (PHR). Users can track their biometrics, manage their contacts, maintain a health and wellness journal, track their medical history and upload important medical records.

Safety and Security
In the unlikely event RememberItNow! discovers a security breach that allows an unauthorized user to acquire information in an individual’s RememberItNow! account, RememberItNow! will immediately notify the authorized individual by sending an email to the current email address on file for that account.

Account Sharing and Accessibility
RememberItNow! users can also share their health information with people and services of their choice in order to reach their health-related goals. Sharing health information from a RememberItNow! account allows users to co-manage the health of a family member, coordinate care provided by caregivers, and communicate and consult with a health care provider. Users can view a list of who has access to their information and can revoke sharing privileges at any time.
