DES MOINES, IA — February 24, 2011 — ARAG®, a global leader of legal insurance, announced the appointment of David Murray as President and Chief Executive Officer for ARAG’s North America division. Murray succeeds Cam Sutton, who retired from the company.

An ARAG employee for the past 20 years, Murray most recently served as Chief Financial, Operating and Information Technology Officer with responsibility for the finances and operations of the organization.
Murray is a native of Iowa. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Northwestern College in Orange City and a Master’s of Business Administration from Drake University in Des Moines. Murray is a member of the Central Iowa Private Enterprise CFO Forum. He also coaches junior soccer, wrestling and baseball teams in his community.
