TRACOM’s e-learning titles include Working in Teams with Style, Managing Conflict with Style, Coaching with Style and Achieving Higher Versatility. The first three guides teach how to apply the SOCIAL STYLE Model and provide Style-specific advice for common workplace challenges. The fourth title gives instruction on improving Versatility, the ability to adjust one’s behavior in any situation to gain coworkers’ support and maximize productivity.
Each two-hour program begins with topic-specific workplace scenarios before providing guidance for addressing the related productivity issues. The lessons are modular, so they can be completed independently or in one sitting. There is a test at the end of every section to ensure comprehension and retention of knowledge. The e-learning modules are available as a CD or can be deployed on a corporate Learning Management System (LMS). They are SCORM compliant.
