What is Unified Talent Management?
Companies today are looking for one, reliable system to manage their entire employee lifecycle processes. Until now, companies were forced to utilize multiple solutions, with multiple databases and logins just to manage their talent. That made reporting on many important talent data difficult, inaccurate, and almost impossible. With HRsmart’s Unified Talent Management system, the entire employee lifecycle can be managed in one Unified Solution. The system includes: Applicant Tracking, Employee Performance, Career Development and Succession Planning, Learning Management, and Cross-Module Reporting with a full API.

Copy Goals:
When goals are carried over from last year’s appraisal into the current year, they can now be copied rather than re-entered. Employees can copy goals from their past or current appraisals into their current active appraisal. Managers may copy from past or current appraisals between their direct reports.

Curricula Associations:
In addition to Job Family, administrators are now able to create associations to Org Unit, Location and Job Roles. This allows for more targeted auto-assignment of courses through curricula.
Class Calendar Filters:
Students can find classes with greater ease on the Class Schedule Calendar with the additional filters for Location and Class Type.
CAREER DEVELOPMENT & SUCCESSION PLANNING
Domino List Filters:
This enhancement enables users to better locate an employee on the Domino List. Instead of selecting an employee by name, users are now able to search the employee database for the employee, filter by manager, location, org unit or job title.
Off-Boarding:
The new, highly configurable off-boarding features provide better support for terminating employees, and allows for those individuals to be flagged if they re-apply to the company, and select the termination reason(s) from a list of configurable dropdowns with the ability of adding a note. An easy-to-use wizard has been created to guide users through the Off-Boarding process, and resembles all other wizards in the system.
