The Talent Strategies 2012 Conference is aimed at bringing together HR leaders from some of the most respected organizations to discuss the future of human capital management. The two-day conference will include a workshop session hosted by iCIMS, entitled “The Future of Sourcing, Recruitment, and CRM.” Led by iCIMS’ Manager of Enterprise Client Relations, Kenny Eon, the session will explore how technology’s range of reaching potential applicants has grown to cover a wide variety of social media sites, job boards, and more. The TLNT Transform 2012 conference, held in Palmer Event Center, will explore how HR initiatives can positively impact an organization’s bottom line.
