BROOKLYN, NY — APRIL 5, 2012 — The Human Capital Institute (HCI) has announced a webcast in partnership with Interaction Associates (IA) to explore IA’s new Building Trust in Business research findings — detailing how top performing companies build trust and drive results in today’s business climate.
The 2012 Building Trust in Business research is IA’s annual survey exploring the intersection and interdependence of trust, leadership, and collaboration in today’s global organizations. The study provides a powerful prescription for leaders looking to drive results in times of volatility and uncertainty.
“The correlation between trust and performance is very clear,” said Linda Stewart, CEO of Interaction Associates. “Our 2012 Building Trust research identifies specific behaviors of organizations that have both high trust and strong business results,” she added. “As the economy starts to slowly gain momentum, it’s important for leaders to be aware of emerging trends related to these three key elements supporting business success.”
The initial findings of Building Trust in Business will be presented in a free webcast on April 25th at 3:00pm EDT, hosted by HCI. Linda Stewart will present the webcast, joined by Andrew Atkins, Chief Innovation Officer for Interaction Associates. Atkins has consulted on change and performance management for such diverse institutions as Genuity, Fidelity Investments, and the United States military.
The webcast will provide valuable takeaways. Participants will:
– Learn what essentials define a foundation of trust
– Discover prescriptive measures build trust and enhance leadership skills, while boosting collaboration
