Delta Dental of Illinois (DDIL) is one of 39 independently operated member companies of the Delta Dental Plans Association. Through the Flex General Agency, appointed health insurance producers can now offer a DDIL benefit program to Illinois-based small groups with two to 49 enrollees. Groups will receive access to their extensive dentist networks — Delta Dental PPO(SM), Delta Dental Premier® and DeltaCare® (DHMO).
Enrollees in Delta Dental PPO Platinum, Gold and Silver plans have access to the Delta Dental Premier network as well and also receive added features, such as the Enhanced Benefit Program, which enhances coverage for individuals with specific health conditions that can be positively affected by additional oral health care, as well as coverage for posterior composites and implants. All Delta Dental PPO plan options can include DeltaCare dental HMO and the To GoSM feature, an annual maximum carryover feature.
