(BOSTON – April 12, 2013) – Interaction Associates CEO Linda Stewart will speak on leadership and workplace trust at The Conference Board’s executive peer group, the Council for Mid-Market Human Resources Executives, on April 25 in San Francisco, California.
The Council is a peer learning and networking group that consists of senior human resources executives of mid-market organizations with annual revenues of $100 million to $1 billion.
Stewart will review Interaction Associates multi-year research project, Building Trust in Business, which looks at how top performing companies drive strong business results with a focus at the intersection of trust, leadership, and collaboration.
“We are in year five of our Building Trust research – which provides an excellent window in to how top performing companies use collaborative leadership practices to build workplace trust,” said Linda Stewart, CEO of Interaction Associates. “We are pleased to explore the data with The Conference Board council and look forward to showing members how they can drive results in their organizations with a trust focus. The link between trust and results at top performing companies is profound,” added Stewart.
The Council for Mid-Market Human Resources Executives features members from across the business spectrum, including companies like SVB Financial, RAND, Paragon Medical, INC, Availity LLC, APCO Worldwide, and St. Charles Health System – among others. Linda Stewart is a sought-after speaker who has presented at the Human Capital Institute’s Conferences on Employee Engagement and Leadership & Development, the Instructional Systems Association Annual Conference, Boston Globe’s workforce symposium, and at U.S. Banker Magazine’s 25 Most Powerful Women in Banking Conference.
