Boyer joins current board members Jim Pavlik, partner at Baird Venture Partners; Bill Schleicher, president and COO of GCI; Judy Owen, general partner at Calumet Venture Fund; and Kurt Heikkinen, Montage president and CEO.

Boyer was CEO of Snagajob from 2000 to 2013 before he became chairman. During his tenure as CEO, Snagajob was named to both Fortune Magazine’s “25 Best Small & Medium Size Companies to Work For” list and Deloitte’s “Technology Fast 500” for five years, consecutively. Boyer is a graduate of the College of William and Mary and the Washington & Lee School of Law. He received his LL.M. in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center.
